About Kevork
Kevork Isikbay is the Principal of Scoreboard Development, a commercial real estate advisory firm providing nationwide development, financial, and project delivery expertise. He is a commercial real estate development advisor with more than a decade of experience spanning private equity, finance, and ground-up development.
He began his career in 2014 underwriting acquisitions and evaluating capital structures, before transitioning into full-cycle development work in 2016. His background includes feasibility analysis, predevelopment, entitlement coordination, financial modeling, capital planning, project management, construction oversight, tenant improvements, and asset and property management.
Kevork has worked across a broad range of asset classes, including hospitality, multifamily, mixed-use, industrial, office, medical, retail, and self-storage developments.
With a foundation in private equity investment and hands-on development execution, he brings a rare blend of financial rigor and construction fluency to every engagement. Today, he leads Scoreboard Development, advising owners, investors, and developers through due diligence, feasibility, owner’s representation, and strategic development planning across the commercial real estate landscape.
